Do you charge for travel across the county?
No. Estimates are free throughout San Diego County.
If the location of a project affects what it takes to complete the work, that will be reflected in the bid rather than added later as a surprise trip charge.
My city isn't listed. Do you still come out?
Probably.
The list above shows where we work most, not a hard boundary. NewGen serves San Diego County and also takes on projects elsewhere in Southern California, up to Los Angeles.

Do you work in Idaho too?
Yes. NewGen also takes on work in Idaho, including Twin Falls and the Magic Valley, as well as the Boise area.
The family has roots in both Idaho and California.

We don't have one.
NewGen works out of San Diego and meets you at the property. That's where we can see the space, take measurements, and have a useful conversation about the work you're considering.
How soon can someone come look at the project?
Call or text and we'll coordinate a time for the walkthrough.
Adonay handles his own calls, so you're talking directly with the person involved in the work rather than waiting in a callback queue.
Do you take small jobs, or only full remodels?
Ask.
Scope can vary quite a bit, and we'd rather hear what you actually need than have you decide on your own that a project is too small.
